Sir Keith Mills founded Air Miles International in 1988 and is formerly Chairman of Loyalty Management Group Ltd (LMG), the company which owns and manages the Nectar programme. In September 2003 Sir Keith was appointed International President and CEO of London 2012, the company that successfully won the bid for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Having established the London 2012 organising committee, Sir Keith was asked to sit on the board as Deputy Chairman to oversee the delivery of the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games. Sir Keith is also a non-executive director of Tottenham Hotspur Plc.

Stewart founded Five West Ltd. shortly after he was appointed Managing Director of Alex Thomson Racing and HUGO BOSS Sailing in 2010. Previously, Stewart was Head of Sourcing at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was one of the youngest Executives in RBS history including a year as Chief Procurement Officer of ABN AMRO. He led the sourcing teams across all categories of spend, including RBS sports sponsorship portfolio. Stewart was instrumental in the signing of many major sports sponsorship deals for RBS including the 6 Nations, Golf, F1 and Tennis Properties. Prior to this, Stewart gained extensive experience in management consultancy with six years as a Director at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he counted DHL, Ericsson, Nokia, BP and British American Tobacco as key clients.

Alex Thomson

British skipper Alex Thomson is a major talent in international yacht racing. Competing in the high-speed, extreme IMOCA 60 class, Alex has been sponsored by HUGO BOSS since 2003, making their relationship one of the longest and most coveted in sailing and sports sponsorship history. During the Clipper Race in 1998, Alex became the youngest skipper ever to win a round the world race and currently holds the single-handed 24 hour world speed record. Recent results include: 2nd place Barcelona World Race 2008 and 2nd place Transat Jacques Vabre 2011. Alex gained notoriety in early 2012 when he posted a video of his ‘Keel Walk’ stunt on YouTube and received over 1.2million views.

Alex has spent the last 7 years working in sports marketing both agency and client-side. Most recently, he was Brand Activation Manager at Britvic Soft Drinks looking after Robinsons’ sponsorship of Wimbledon and Pepsi’s below-the-line marketing. Previously, he worked for sports communications consultancy Pitch and advertising agency Leagas Delaney with clients such as LOCOG, NBA, Musto, Patek Phillipe, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Heineken, Hugo Boss and Reebok. Alex also sits on the Board of Trustees for the UK’s leading sports for development charity Sported.

Yan Hu

Yan joined the team in 2014 and has been working in the marine industry for the last 4 years. The early part of his career was in IT general management and market analysis for INFOR and Amplifon Group both in the United States and China. Since making the move into the marine industry Yan has worked on a number of major yachting events in China, most notably the DaPeng Cup regatta.
